Luxury Laurus Penthouse with awesome sea view

If we return to Primošten next time, this will definitely be our first choice ,highly recommended!

Prednosti: We were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The penthouse exceeded all our expectations , it felt incredibly comfortable and spacious. As passionate athletes, we especially appreciated the gym equipment and weights available in the apartment. The whole place made us feel right at home.

Nedostaci: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like.

Comfortable Penthouse with amazing view.

Prednosti: The hosts of the Appartement were very kind an friendly. They welcomed us with sparkling wine and beer and we felt really welcomed. Really Luxury Appartement with amazing view. Many things are included (Coffee, Snacks, many cooking utensils,…). The Penthouse is fitted with many electronic equipment (Soundbar, PS5, Big Flatscreen in each room). There is a Grill on the terrace and with that amazing view and sunset, grillsessions were one of the best we‘ve ever had in Primosten. Thank you for that amazing stay.

Fantastisch luxe appartement op loopafstand van strand en het gezellige centrum van Primosten.

Prednosti: Woonkamer en fantastisch balkon met prachtig uitzicht.

Prednosti: Elhelyezkedés nagyon jó! Tágas terek. Hatalmas terasz. Kiváló felszereltség.

Nedostaci: Nem volt ilyen.

Super Wohnung in top Lage, leider war einiges kaputt.

Prednosti: Super Wohnung in fantastischer Lage. Sehr modern und voll ausgestattet.

Nedostaci: Einige Ausstattungen sind defekt und wurden auch seit dem letzten Jahr nicht instandgesetzt. Terrassentür oder Klimaanlage sollten schon funktionieren.

Prednosti: Líbil se nám skutečně fantastický výhled. V apartmánu jsou použity kvalitní materiály a spotřebiče. Byt je dvoupatrový, dole jsou 3 ložnice a dvě koupelny s WC. Nahoře obývací část s kuchyní, terasou a další WC. Mohli jsme využit dvě parkovací místa, jedno v garáži, druhé venku, hned u vchodu. Vše, co bylo v popisu, na místě skutečně bylo. Kuchyň je velmi dobře vybavená. Jinak, Primošten je moc hezké místo. V okolí se dá nakoupit vše potřebné. Na pláž z apartmánu je to reálně cca 500 metrů. Komunikace s majitelem a personálem na místě byla bez problémů a bylo vidět, že se opravdu snaží abychom se v ubytování cítili dobře a pobyt si užily. My rádi vždycky jezdíme na nová místa, ale tady, jsme se všichni shodli na tom, že se sem ještě někdy určitě chceme vrátit :)

Nedostaci: Pár maličkostí, které nám ve finále nijak pobyt neovlivnily, tak je sem ani nebudu zbytečně psát.

Prednosti: Sehr gute Lage und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Viele Verbrauchsmittel waren vor Ort vorhanden.

Nedostaci: Einige Bestandteile der Wohnung bedürfen einer Instandsetzung. Nichts was den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigen würde, aber es fällt auf.

Prednosti: Apartmán byl výborně zařízený. Poloha super. Dostupnost jak do centra města tak na pláž je výborná. Krásné posezení na terase. K dispozici i gril. Komunikace s majitelem dobrá. Mohu jen doporučit.

Splnilo to naše očakávania a môžeme len odporúčať.

Prednosti: Všetko bolo perfektné - čisté s výborným vybavením (plne vybavená kuchyňa, veľký televízor, playstation 5....), nechýbala pozornosť na uvítanie od hostiteľa. Výhľad z apartmánu je famózny, veľmi príjemná terasa.
