Apartment Miledina

Spacious and very well-equipped apartment close to all facilities,with caring and attentive owner.

Prednosti: We had more than enough space in the apartment,having two large double bedrooms and a large kitchen;storage space very good in bedrooms;plenty of kitchen equipment equipment and utensils;everywhere very clean;decor bright and simple;very spacious,sunny and quite private terrace;outside seating at front and back of apartment;good shower;plenty of soap and cleaning materials;good washing machine,easy to operate;lots of drying lines and clothes pegs;owner,Miledina,was in the flat below and supplied endless amounts of sheets and towels;neighbours were very hospitable;was within 5 minutes of restaurants,bars and beaches,and shops and market 10 mminutes away:Miledina helped us to wheel our heavy luggage to meet our taxi 10 minutes away.

Nedostaci: For older guests the number of steps in the street outside,and the few steps inside the apartment(this is an older building which has been modernised inside)might present a hazard.

I would definitely say there again.

Prednosti: The property is located within the old town. Very clean spacious,near the beach,all the amenities,bars and restaurants.

Nedostaci: Everything was perfect. Miladina the host was very friendly and helpful.

Familienwohnung ruhig und zentral

Prednosti: Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage in der Altstadt. Alles gut erreichbar: Strände, Restaurants, Konzum, Busstation. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz inkl. Aussenraum (Terrasse und Balkon). Sie hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist nett, spricht aber nur kroatisch.

Nedostaci: Zwei Zwischenvermittler (Adriagate und Booking), daher Preis (zu) hoch. Das Personal von Adriagate (dort muss man sich anmelden) war unfreundlich. Der Wohnraum mit Küche ist sehr dunkel, Dusche/WC ist eng.

Przyjemne miejsce na wypoczynek lokalny, ale także dobra baza wypadowa do poznania wybrzeży Dalmacji

Prednosti: Dobre wyposażenie (pralka, lodówka, odpowiednia ilość akcesoriów kuchennych). Życzliwy właściciel. Czysto - była nawet zmiana pościeli i ręczników (10 dniowy pobyt). Podstawowa sypialnia obszerna, z dużym łóżkiem. Przyjemny taras (w tym przydatny parasol). Dobrze zorganizowany transfer z bagażami między parkingiem (w cenie) a zabytkową częścią miasta (zamkniętą dla ruchu samochodowego), gdzie zlokalizowany był apartament.

Nedostaci: Nieco wąskie pojedyncze łóżka. Łazienka mogłaby być większa, brakowało półki/wieszaka

Prednosti: Die Lage war perfekt, ein paar Schritte nur zum Strand, der zwar klein ist, aber sich fast vor der Haustür befindet und hauptsächlich von Einheimischen benutzt wird! Das Wasser ist so klar und sauber, das zeigen auch die zahlreichen Seeigel, also bitte Badeschuhe benützen! Die vielen Restaurants und Bars in bester Lage sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar! Unbedingt vorher schon ein \

Nedostaci: Da kann der Gastgeber jetzt nichts dafür, aber die Preise der zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars, die sich in der Nähe befinden sind unfassbar hoch! Die Preise sind auf dem gleichen hohen Niveau wie in Österreich!
