VILA KIKA

Prednosti: Jedan od najbolje opremljenih apartmana u kojima smo imali prilike boraviti. Vlasnici jako ljubazni i pristupacni. Mi smo se odlicno proveli!

Prednosti: Vila Kika je zaista fantastična! Mama i ja smo provele predivan tjedan u Vili Kika. Već pri dolasku dočekala nas je košara svježeg voća i hladna boca vina, tako lijep i topao doček! Gospođa Snježana bila je izuzetno ljubazna, ponudila nam je domaću rakiju i kolače prilikom prijave, a čak me i provela kroz mjesto kako bi mi pokazala gdje se što nalazi. Gdje još možete doživjeti takvu gostoljubivost? Naš apartman u prizemlju bio je savršen, čista petica! Sve što vam treba je tu, osjećale smo se kao kod kuće. Lokacija je jednostavno idealna, izravno s terase imate pogled i pristup moru. Draga Snježana, hvala vam na svemu! Sigurno se vraćam!

Odmor za poželjeti!

Prednosti: Prekrasna lokacija, prekrasan smještaj, predivna domaćica. Jedan od ljepših odmora. Preporuka svakome!

Nedostaci: Sve je bilo idealno :)

Prednosti: Perfect location, right by the water. The host welcomed us with prosecco and fresh fruits. The apartment is brand new and spotless! Everything is super clean! The bed is comfortable, and the towels are soft. AC is working very quietly. The view is breathtaking! 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you!

Prednosti: Perfect vacation! We have enjoyed the beach, which is not crowded and is suitable also for kids (don't forget the shoes). The view from our terrace was exceptional. Warm welcome and treatment from the owners is only underlining the perfect impression. This is a place, where you want to return again.

Prednosti: Very calm place for family holiday. The beach is 10 meters from building. Perfectly furnished apartment. Snjezana is very kind and carefull owner. She helped us with all stuffs.

Nedostaci: The road behind house is little annoying, but only at night. You can use A/C and close all windows.

Prednosti: The owner met us with the keys upon our arrival. She is super friendly, and had put local wine and a big basket of fruit waiting for us in our fridge. The appartment was spotless and well-maintained. We had the groundfloor appartment with our terrace directly at Stupin Celine beach and sea. All ameneties were there, including sun beds, parasols and even an outdoor grill. The properties has an outdoor shower, very nice. The house is set at a stunning and quiet area of Rogoznica, combining the best of both worlds; very close to the center of Rogoznica yet not crowded.

Nedostaci: Nothing really.

Prednosti: Property is new, has everything u need, beach very close. Terrace of the roof ap is amazing with great views. Lady owner very welcoming.

Nedostaci: Its roof ap so rooms are small and with limited space to stand up, including the living room. So space seems bit to small in the end , even if surface is big. Bit nosy at times as is next to the street. Would have appreciated some tips from the owner for the area.

Prednosti: Our stay in the roof apartment exceeded our expectations. The rooms are big and comfortable. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony, during the day and also at night. The best part is the position of the Vila- right at the beach and the sunbeds and umbrellas were available for all guests. The beach is perfect also for small kids, what we have appreciated as well. It was hard to leave such place. Hvala
