One Bedroom Apt with Garden views - Access to Amazing Rooftop Terrace

Prednosti: Smještaj je bio vrlo čist i uredan.Opremljenost aparmana je odlična,a suradnja s domaćinom je ugodna prustupaćna.Sve što je pisalo na internetu je tako i više od toga.

Nice for family with older kids, not recommended to visit with a car

Prednosti: Very clean small apartment in the larger house (3 or 4 apartments in total). Modern design, washing machine available, well equipped kitchen, though you can eat only on the small terrace due to lack of space inside. The apartment is close to the beach and city center, but due to very steep hill not recommended for people who are not in good shape or with small kids. The owner Emina was helpful, kind and ready to help. The hotel is close to many restaurants, shops, fast food places and beaches. Decently sized TV, selection of programs is basic, but Netflix (owner account) and Disney+ (your account) are available. A nice view of the area from the roof terrace (can be used at all the time).

Nedostaci: If you are coming with a car only recommended for very experienced drivers - steep hill, need to drive 20m in forbidden direction down the hill, small non-accessible parking. Poor, almost non-existent WiFi signal, even Netflix stopped working many times. The room is actually very small, only because of the bunk bed 4 persons can fit. The toilet is very close to the shower, not a good idea for saving space. Also be very careful while climbing to the roof terrace since the fence is very low

Prednosti: Ein sehr schönes und recht Neues Apartmen, sehr ruhig. Wir haben SEEEHR gut geschlafen🥰. Ein kleines und gemütliches Garten hatten wir vor der Tür. Richtig schön zum entspannen. Lage ist auch super. Parktplätze und Strassen sind RECHT eng, darum haben wir unser Auto vom Parktplatz nicht bewegt 😁. Alles schön zu Fuss zum erreichen. Kinder waren auch recht Happy. Sehr schöne und erholsame 4 Tage hatten wir.

Stylish and clean apartment, perfect for a couple

Prednosti: This apartment is at a very nice location, close to the center of Rogoznica, on the top of a hill. The owner communicates very efficiently, we were given all the necessary information and even a pdf welcome booklet which was useful. The apartment has good quality and stylish furniture and equipment. Everything is sparkling clean. It was easy and convenient to collect the keys from a lockbox.

Nedostaci: I don't think this apartment should be advertised for 4 persons. It is really tiny, and the layout of the apartment (the bathroom/toilet opens from the bedroom) leaves little privacy to the occupants. It is perfect for a couple, maybe it is OK with small kids, but with teenagers, it was a challenge sometimes.
