Prednosti: Smjestaj je u predivnom dijelu starog grada, izuzetno cist, a domacini su bili otvoreni za komunikaciju i dogovor oko vremena check-outa i davanja potrebnih informacija prije dolaska i tokom naseg boravka, iako nisu bili fizicki prisutni u objektu. U smjestaju nas je docekalo dovoljno peskira za sve vrijeme boravka, sve higijenske potrepstine, kao i kafa/ caj i keks, sto je veoma lijep gest gostoprimstva. Svakako bismo preporucili ovaj apartman.

Nedostaci: U zgradi su na oba sprata u stanovima iznad i ispod nas bili radovi 2-3 dana naseg boravka, ukljucujuci dan vikenda, a posljednje jutro je nestalo vode, sto je malo prolongiralo planove za to jutro. To je jednostavno losa sreca, nije do vlasnika apartmana. Treba poraditi na poboljsanju zatvaranja vrata i prozora, ne dihtuju dobro bez zakljucavanja, doslovno se otvaraju non-stop. Takodje, apartman je na trecem spratu dosta uskog i strmog stepenista, pa to treba uzeti u obzir kod rezervacije (nama nije smetalo, jer je takva gradnja uobicajena u starom dijelu grada i na to smo bile spremne u startu).

Prednosti: Smještaj je lijepo uređen i uredan, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Lokacija je odlična, minutu šetnje od rive. Vlasnica je susretljiva i dala nam je puno korisnih informacija za parking i kupališta. Sve preporuke!

Sibenik is a must-see

Prednosti: A nice flat in the heart of the old town of Sibenik. Sibenik is beautiful and worth staying in. We received many interesting tips from the owner, who, after initially being unresponsive, ultimately proved to be very helpful. The old town is closed to traffic, so you cannot drive up to unload your luggage. You have to find a parking space outside the old town and walk that bit. The view from the window is amazing - overlooking the old town and the sea. The flat has a large living room with a sofa and a table, and two small bedrooms with double beds, one of which is so small that the bed fills the entire room, leaving only enough space to open the door. There is a modern and well-equipped small kitchen and a tiny bathroom with a shower.

Nedostaci: It should be noted that the flat is located in an old building on the fourth floor without a lift, so it is difficult to bring luggage up. The staircase is quite neglected. There is also a problem with finding the building where the flat is located. The numbering of buildings on this street is absurd, so No. 16 is not after No. 14 (!). The description should therefore be accompanied by a map showing where the building is located, because Google Maps cannot find it. I spent an hour searching because initially there was no contact with the owner. In addition, the bathroom door - a sliding door - does not work well and there is a problem with closing it and especially opening it and leaving the bathroom.

Prednosti: Flat super clean, very cozy. Very good position in the middle of old town

Nedostaci: Pretty far from the parking and building without elevator

Great place to stay

Prednosti: The apartment was in a great location close to old town and restaurants. It was clean and exceptionally well stocked, everything was provided, Airconditioning was good, and beds were comfy.. Walking distance to paid car park... couldn't find free parking.

Nedostaci: Second bedroom fan/light seems to not work.

Prednosti: The apartmant is wonderful, in the heart of the old town, with a beatuful view. There are bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and riva, port and main bus station are few minutes walk away. The Cathedral of St. James is also nearby. In the apartmant you have everything you need for a quality stay, the kitchen is well equipped. For the morning, there are several types of coffee and tea. The owner Lucija is very kind and helpful .

Cosy apartment in Šibenik centre

Prednosti: Great central location just a minute walk from Cathedral, nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything that you need. Host was very welcoming and responsive, all in all for every recommendation!

Nedostaci: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs. No big deal once we got used to it!

Prednosti: The location & price are superb for this property. It is right in the middle of the town, central to everywhere we wanted to go while visiting. We enjoyed beautiful views from the window and listening to the live music just below in the square. Sibenik is such a beautiful, quaint city where we thoroughly enjoyed all of our interactions. The food is especially good and all within easy walking of the apartment. It was also very close to Skradin, where we visited Krka National on a day trip. The host for this property is available in excellent timing, answers all questions adequately and was very welcoming & attentive during our stay and in helping us plan during our visit. It is good to be aware that, similar to most European accommodations, the flat is up 4 flights of stairs but it is nice exercise once luggage is settled. Pack light for European travels!
