A modern refurbished apartment in the old town
Prednosti: The apartment was within five minutes of the bus station, cathedral, waterfront and main street. It was in a quaint residential area in the old town and was very quiet. The apartment was immaculately clean and spacious, the large bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and the coffee machine worked well; the kitchen was fully equipped, but we only used the coffee machine as we don't cook on holiday! The washing machine was easy to use and we dried our clothes on the rack outside. The roof terrace was a bonus and we enjoyed the space. As for the stairs: we are an active couple in our mid/late seventies and are used to stairs. Yes, there are three flights, but if you are fit, and want the benefit of a modern apartment with a terrace in the old town, the stairs are worth the climb! We highly recommend this place.

A perfect apartment in a perfect location!!!
Prednosti: This is an amazing place to stay. It has rave reviews for a very good reason. I think that the mention of the stairs by other is a liitle harsh. Yes there are stairs, but they are not difficult to climb and the apartment and roof terrace are well worth it. The place was immaculate, it had everything we needed and the host couldnt have been any more helpful or gracious. At the end of our stay, our host allowed us to stay past our check out time to wait for our airport transfer, In sum, everything was perfect!!

Cute modernized apartment in the perfect location.
Prednosti: Lovely location, you leave the apartment and you're in the middle of wonderful alleys. The place is in a very good state, clearly recently renovated. The balcony has a perfect sunset view! It's also in a pretty peaceful location, enjoy quiet nights.
Nedostaci: There was no kettle, luckily we brought a travel kettle to make tea. While it didn't bother us, if you're not a healthy staircase climber you're going to have some difficulty getting in and out.

Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation in the heart of beautiful Sibenik
Prednosti: The apartment was fabulous…tastefully modernized, spacious with all the amenities we needed for our excellent 3 day stay in Šibenik. Right in the heart of the old town but lovely and quiet. The icing on the cake was watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace!
Nedostaci: There was nothing not to like! Just be aware that the apartment is at the top of some rickety old stairs and cheap parking is a 20 minute walk along the seafront

An apartment in the center with high quality furniture and a stunning terrace
Prednosti: Stylish, unique, and in the center. All details were top notch, and the terrace absolutely great. Air condition and a big kitchen, huge sofa and comfortable bed. The owner and housekeeper were always available and let us stay a bit more while waiting for our bus back. Highly recommended to who is looking for quality!!!

Ancient &Modern at its best
Prednosti: This a lovely holiday apartment furnished with style. The location is great, right in the old town with all that you need in walking distance. The apartment is right at the top and has a gorgeous terrace with a beautiful view of St Jacob's Cathedral and the sea. The apartment is well-equipped with all you might need during your stay. Our contact Stipe was attentive and polite.
Nedostaci: The top property stairs are steep and narrow, but we managed. It's a part of the charm. Our host Jelica helped with the luggage going up. The terrace is the best for early morning and evening. The rest of the time it was too hot. There is a sun umbrella but not stable enough with the wind. I would say this is perfect for 2 + 1 guest if ok using a sofa bed.

Excellent
Prednosti: The charm of the old town with 2 flights of wobbly creaky stairs to climb to reach the apartment which was exceptional. Great Wi-fi, A/C, steep steps up to the beautiful roof patio with friendly neighbours saying hello from their windows. Apartment had everything we needed and more.
Nedostaci: Nothing to dislike.

A wonderful couples getaway!
Prednosti: A fantastic location in a beautiful city. Around 5 minutes from all facilities needed (bakery, supermarket, restaurants), and about a 15 minute walk from the beach. Stipe was an excellent host, and picked us up from the airport when he learned our flight got delayed. He was incredibly welcoming, and any questions we had, he answered with lots of great options! Thank you stipe!
Nedostaci: Although the latch lock on the front door works, the bolt lock didn’t and this caused a bit of distress.

Прекрасный лофт с террасой!
Prednosti: Просторный и очень уютный лофт! Идеальная чистота. Есть всё необходимое- посудомоечная, стиральная машины и капсулы к ним. Кофемашина и много капсул, растительное масло. Отличный душ и хорошое жидкое мыло. Телевизор с Netflix. Всё рядом-достопримечательности, рестораны, магазины, рынок, автовокзал, пристань, до пляжа тоже не очень далеко .Ночью тихо. Бонусом потрясающая и очень уютная терраса с фантастическим видом. К квартире ведут три коротких, но очень крутых и очень узких лестничных пролёта. Это особенность старинного дома, нам было нормально, но вы должны рассчитывать свои возможности.
