Prednosti: The apartment is very spacious, perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. It has 3 bedrooms, each with separate bathroom and own balconies with sea view. The sea and the private beach is directly next to the property. There is a shop and restaurants in walking distance and a beach bar very close to the private beach. Rick is very kind and helpful. Many thanks for the delicious doughnouts and pancakes! We had a great stay there, highly recommended!
Nedostaci: A microwave oven would be useful in the kitchen.

Perfectly situated apartment to host a large family or 3 couples over a long period
Prednosti: Perfect size apartment to host 4 adults and 3 young adult men ages 20-24. A central dining table and seating area and foyer entry all spacious. Loved the evening sunsets on the balconies and access to the water on the stone pier. Easy parking on site. Accessible outdoor grill which we used every other day over a 2 week period. Washing machine and clothes lines in the sun for fast drying. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Some discussions with the owner and his mother about the property and their family history.
Nedostaci: Kitchen missed some glassware, cookware if you wanted to cook larger amounts for 6+ people. We had a to buy some supplies locally to support what we were cooking. No dishwasher. Fridge had a smaller freezer section than expected. Washing machine had a cost per usage which was not stated on the apartment description.

Comfortable and spacious apartment with sea view balconies, 20 m from the sea. Highly recommended!!!
Prednosti: The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and clean. It has 3 big bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, so it's perfect for 3 couples or 2 couples with Children. It has 4 balconies with the sea view. Its location is fantastic, just 20 meters from the sea. There are multiple beaches 500-1500 meters from the apartment, but there are also multiple smaller beaches/sea entrances where you can swim more privately, also next to the apartment. The host is helpful, supportive and responsive. Brodarica is a small cozy town, there is a shop 500 meters from the apartment. We had a great stay there, highly recommended from our side. It exceeded our expectations!

Prednosti: ubytování je na krásném místě, odpovídající popisu i obrázkům, předčilo mé očekávání a můžu jen doporučit. Majitel nám vyšel ve všem vstříc, mluví plynule anglicky.

Prednosti: Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Rick und seine Mutter sind zwei wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Personen und immer ansprechbar bei Fragen oder Problemen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Die Lage ist in nicht touristischer Gegend, was das Geräuschlevel wirklich gering hält. Die Hauptstraße hört man überhaupt nicht. Obwohl der Spielplatz gegenüber ist, wird man überhaupt nicht gestört davon. Das Wasser ist äußerst klar und von Strömungen geschützt. Ideal zum SUP fahren. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Nedostaci: Der natürliche Schatten am Wasser eher sehr gering vorhanden.

Prednosti: Bardzo komfortowy, duży i wygodny apartament. Niczego nie brakowało a właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Polecamy jeśli ktoś szuka wygodnego i przyjemnego pobytu. Rick, dziękujemy za wszystko!
Nedostaci: Jeśli sie planuje pobyt stacjonarnych, to niestety, ale plaża pod domem (jest po drugiej stronie mało ruchliwej drogi) jest mała i bardziej betonowa niż kamienista. Cienia malo a parasolki nie wbijesz. Do najbliższej plaży jest kawałek (z dzieciakami raczej trzeba podjechać niż spacerkiem). My byliśmy nastawieni na zwiedzanie plaż, więc nam to nie przeszkadzało. Na poranny lub wieczorny relaks było ok. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania. Trogir i Zadar w zasięgu jednodniowej wycieczki.

Prednosti: Remek a környék, az erkélyről a tengert látni. Fürdőruhában lehet lemenni a vízhez. Közelben van kávézó, vendéglő, kisbolt, gyerekeknek játszótér, sportolóknak is mindenféle vízi lehetőség.
