Prednosti: Apartman je lijepo uređen i udoban, ima sve potrebne uređaje. Na mirnoj je lokaciji i 15ak minuta šetnje do rive. Vlasnica je jako draga i spremna pomoći. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj!

Quite affordable accommodation during the summer months

Prednosti: If we compare price and apartment I would say that it is pretty fare price due to the fact that you are very close to the city center - some 15 to 20 min of the walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and green since there are lots of trees in front of the building so you have a feeling that you are somewhere in the woods even though apartment is on the last floor. There is a balcony but it is not practical to use since it is very narrow and it can be used for morning coffee but for a maximum of two people. There is no elevator in the building so you need to be aware that you will have to go up to the top floor using the stairs so plan to take as many suitcases as possible on the first climb so you don't have to go back up multiple times.

Nedostaci: Everything was fine just few important info are following - the owner of the apartment lives right next to you, so this may be a nuisance for some, but it may also be an advantage for others, since if you need anything, you can simply contact her. It is important to note that there are ample parking spaces around the building, but it depends on how full it is, so you may have to leave your car a little further from the building, so take this into account when arriving and carrying your luggage (you can take your luggage out and then park in the area around the building).
