Prednosti: · Top-floor apartment: Clean, modern apartment very close to the beach. Strong Wi-Fi coverage. Large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Best views from the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. Absolutely quiet location with no noisy bars or clubs nearby. About a 30-minute walk from Srima to the centre of Vodice, where you’ll find all the nightlife, restaurants, and attractions. Srima itself has plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés, but no noisy clubs at night. A perfect location and apartment for families, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Nedostaci: - I would suggest an induction hob instead of a ceramic hob — it’s much more convenient for cooking, safer, and more energy-efficient. - The fuses were too weak to use the oven together with other appliances (stovetop, AC, washing machine). - No mosquito nets on the windows. - The apartment is on the top floor, with all the pros and cons that come with it. The views are the best, but there is no elevator, so for older people the other two apartments on the lower floors would be a better choice. The apartment also tends to overheat from the roof, but there is AC, so it’s not a real problem. All of these negatives (except for the missing mosquito nets) were absolutely minor, and I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Nedostaci: - Wi-Fi coverage in the ground floor apartment was very weak; a Wi-Fi repeater could fix that. - I would suggest an induction hob instead of a ceramic hob — it’s much more convenient for cooking, safer, and more energy-efficient. - The fuses were too weak to use the oven together with other appliances (stovetop, AC, washing machine). - No mosquito nets on the windows. - Bathrooms on the higher floors are much larger, with spacious walk-in showers, and the balconies are more private than the terrace on the ground level. Higher-floor apartments are a little bit better overall, but if you have small children with strollers, the ground floor is much more convenient. All of these negatives (except for the missing mosquito nets) were absolutely minor, and I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Prednosti: Apartament dobrze wyposażony, ładnie urządzony oraz bardzo blisko plaży. Parking pod samym obiektem. W łazience była pralka i kapsułki do prania. Duży taras z widokiem na morze (mieszkaliśmy na ostatnim piętrze). Do centrum miasta ok. 20 minut pieszo.
Nedostaci: W zlewie w kuchni była tylko zimna woda, brak dużej patelni oraz brzydki zapach z odpływu w łazience, ale ogólnie bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt.

Top Wohnung mit ein paar kleinen Eigenheiten - jederzeit wieder!
Prednosti: Perfekte ruhige Lage mit tollem Meerblick - bequeme Möbel am Balkon - großes komfortables Badezimmer - alles schön modern eingerichtet - Küche (bis auf Töpfe) gut ausgestattet - sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Nedostaci: Keine Klima im Schlafzimmer, in der Nacht sehr warm - keine Gelsengitter zwecks Lüften - stehendes Regenwasser auf dem Balkon, da ein zu geringer Abfluss (Achtung: bei Starkregen auch die Balken schließen, sonst kann es in die Wohnung rinnen!!)
