Prednosti: Luce i Nino su super, kao i Ivan kojeg smo upoznali tek na zadnjoj večeri. Beach bar je super.
Nedostaci: Barba Ante je malo zaboravan. Beach bar bi mogao malo pojačati glazbu.

Ugodan i relaksirajući odmor na krapnju
Prednosti: Dobra lokacija, ležaljke i suncobrani uključeni u cijenu, organizirani parking na brodarici i prijevoz hotelskim brodom u bilo koje doba. Posebne pohvale za Luce iz restorana, veoma uslužna i simpatična!
Nedostaci: Nemam nekih komentara.

Prednosti: Odličan hotel za odmor. Sve je izvrsno organizirano, doček i prijevoz u hotel, prekrasna plaža sa palmama, ležaljkama i suncobranima ispred hotela gdje vas svaki dan čeka vaša ležaljka. Odličan kafić na plaži i hotelski restoran sa odličnom hranom. Sve pohvale za riblje menije. Sve dostupno u par metara. A tko želi malo aktivnosti u hotelu je odlična teretana te postoji i šetnica oko otoka. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje i još bolji direktor. Na svakom koraku se vidi da se o svemu mislilo kako bi gostima bilo ugodno i udobno. Hvala vam na svemu! Veliki pozdrav i čuvaru plaže!

Raj na zemlji
Prednosti: Prekrasan otok, prekrasan hotel. Raj na zemlji...opuštajuće. Za osoblje sve desetke. Ekipa, Nino, Ivana...svaka čast..Organizacija parkinga za auto, čeka vas brod do otoka, smještaj, hrana u restoranu. Ljudi jednostavno znaju što im je posao. Nadam se da se vidimo opet..
Nedostaci: Sve je savršeno !!

Wonderful, welcoming and relaxing place to stay
Prednosti: A peaceful island only a stone throw from the mainland, and truly wonderful staff the hotel was immaculate and relaxed

Pleasant stay, but below expectations
Prednosti: We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Spongiola. Our room was generous in size. The beds were very comfortable. We had a triple room with a small balcony, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, which was great. The waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely and made us feel welcome. The food at dinner was very nice and reasonably priced. The little beach in front of the hotel is very pleasant and the wooded area, which makes up one half of the island, is lovely, with lots of benches to rest and enjoy the view over the sea. We also had a great time kayaking around the island.
Nedostaci: We found some of the staff very reserved. Polite and helpful when asked, but not very forthcoming and warm. The main air conditioning in our room was not working, and nobody bothered to look into fixing it during our stay, despite us reporting the problem straight away. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No freely available drinking water, and the tap water does not taste good. Breakfast was good, but you have to ask for any specials and for top ups at the buffet when items are missing, or they will not necessarily be offered or replenished. Freshly squeezed orange juice was promised but not available. The coffee from the available machine is not great. The shuttle service on and off the island was usually prompt and great. It would be helpful to have more detailed explanations of where to go when you first arrive, though. We ended up driving around for clues and getting stuck in the congested lanes near the ferry point upon arrival. We had an incident for which the hotel sincerely apologised, when we came back one evening and nobody answered the hotel phone to come and pick us up from the mainland. It took 45 minutes to get a response, which seemed to be due to an internet outage, and left us worried about how to get to the hotel for the night. It would be good to make an alternative number available to guests to prevent this from happening. The van used for transport from the car park to the ferry is not exactly luxurious and stuffy. Although the staff are very nice. The indoor pool was nowhere near as nice as it looks on the pictures and was not inviting. We had to ask to see it, clearly it was not being used much. We were not shown the advertised fitness studio. Neither facility is signposted at all, and it seemed like you were not expected to make use of them.

Prednosti: Situated on the island of Krapanj. Beautiful island l. Hotel and staff are really good. Fabulous beach. Stay in this hotel every year and enjoy every minute.
