Prednosti: The location is super nice, just next to the beach. Also the bar is facing the sea probably has the most beautiful sunset views. I would also separately mention the exceptional quality of the coctails that you can order at the guesthouse bar, Peskafondo from 7 pm. Staff very kind and professional. Rooms are clean and have a reasonable price/quality ratio. We will definitely book again, when in Primosten next time.

If like it to be close to the action (no matter the time) the appartement is very great but not completely relaxing

Prednosti: The Owners were wonderful people and the closeness to the sea and the restaurants were very convenient

Nedostaci: Verz close to the main city entrance where sometimes very loud music is playing. Especially if the music is not live and delivers a loud bass sound which was not verz relaxing

Prednosti: The location is ideal - in the morning you watch the sunrise in the garden of the bar, in the afternoon you enjoy the shade. All staff very professional - waiter, maids and owner too. It can be seen that the owner has a lot of respect for his workers and takes care of every little thing. The apartment is spacious, cleaned every day and with a sea view. The building is in a walking zone, so parking is a little far from apartment, but really not too much and included in the price. All cars are in the shade all day.

Prednosti: Very welcoming and friendly owner and staff. Fantastic breakfast served in a perfect location close to the sea, also a lovely place to be served local delicious or a eveningdrink. Clean and nice rooms. Loved this place. We will be happy to return some other time.

Prednosti: there was nothing not to like ! marko and the staff were incredible helpful and friendly and made sure we had a fantastic stay. breakfast right by the sea every morning was always delicious. the smaller plates available later in the day were also lovely. clean rooms and facilities, games and books available, absolutely perfect!

Prednosti: The room was nice and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were all great from before we arrived until we left. Marko and the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful and knowledgeable - the local wines are really good - and the breakfast (included in the price) is really nice, and it’s available all day. Finally, the location is amazing - right on the waterfront overlooking the main beach.
