Family holiday
Prednosti: The villa for our needs and our wants was perfect. The property was in like new condition. All rooms have air-conditioning. The owner, Vedran, was superb even found us a supermarket that was open as we arrived on a bank holiday. Vedran also went out of his way to help find medical help for our daughter and even checked up on her as we left. Supermarket, bakery, fish market and pharmacy all within 10min drive. Scenery was spectacular.
Nedostaci: Can't think of anything negative so all I can put is a clock on the wall would have been nice .

Wonderful house and peaceful stay
Prednosti: I spent 10 days in the house in September 2025. Excellent host, always responded when we needed; met us in the property at 11.00pm as our flight was delayed- to give us the keys and to show us the house, etc. The house, garden , pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub- wonderful. We had a great and peaceful time. The pool is heated and the host did turn the heating up, so the water was very warm and pleasant :) Suggestion for the host- to clearly advertise on Booking.com ... the pool ...that the pool is heated ...as not everybody can offer that. In that way, more tourists could be attracted to rent the house outside of the pick season :) Other suggestion (not a negative)- the windows do not have mosquito nets....and we had to close the windows totally at night and put the air condition on. For us, it was still great.
Nedostaci: No negatives;the house is wonderful.

an absolutely amazing place to stay
Prednosti: From the beginning, the communication with the host was excellent. He was very helpful when our flight was redirected, thank you Vedran:) The check-in process was very easy, and the location of the house could not be better: a peaceful village close to the beaches, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The house itself was spacious and spotless. We stayed there as a group of five and had plenty of room. The pool was clean with warm water, plus there was a gym, jacuzzi, a large yard, and a fantastic BBQ area. Inside, everything was perfectly equipped, including air conditioning, fast internet, and even beach towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, an absolutely amazing place to stay, highly recommended!

A 5* plus experience
Prednosti: Vedran linked in with us before our arrival & put our minds at ease regarding late check in from the airport. He was so welcoming and gave very generously of his time to explain all the wonderful facilities which were available to us. This included a beautiful array of homemade products which we received. Stone House Grgo had everything we could've wished for during our stay. The living area was a wonderful communal space with a well equipped kitchen & a wonderful coffee machine. The beds, linens, towels & bathrooms were exceptional. The beautiful pool, hot tub & gym equipment was enjoyed by all. The location was so peaceful & relaxing, with the addedfeeling of being part of a community. A five star plus experience that we would highly recommend. Don't hesitate to book!

Prednosti: Lovely well kept villa with everything you need. The owner was very helping, kept in contact to make everything easy from check in to departure and was a pleasure to deal with. Lots of nice elements like plenty of sunbeds, beach mats, and a well equiped kitchen. Bedrooms are a good size with all rooms having Air conditioning. Lots of local beaches, habours and supermarkets with 20 minutes drive. We even had good wifi. We will be back.

Perfect place for families, couples or friend to relax!
Prednosti: We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful, especially the stone architecture, and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect, even in bad weather – a fantastic choice for relaxation. The host was extremely kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Feels like home
Prednosti: You know how staying in a vacation house usually comes with a bit of compromise? Well, not here - no weird surprises, just pure comfort.The house is spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and some things you didn’t know you needed—hello, jacuzzi and EV charging!). The pool is nicely heated, the backyard is massive with a grill perfect for lazy BBQ evenings, and there’s even a little gym downstairs if you're feeling ambitious after too much ice cream. Wi-Fi was fast (streaming, Zooming, scrolling—you name it), and we could even charge our car using our own cable. Location-wise, it’s spot on—Trogir, Primošten, a lovely sandy beach, and a big supermarket are all about 15 minutes away. Super convenient!Honestly, it’s one of those rare places that ticks all the boxes. We already can’t wait to come back!
Nedostaci: The only challenge? The village roads are very narrow—so you're either embracing your inner rally driver or practicing your reverse-parking zen. Adds a bit of spice to the adventure though!
