Worth the money, we had a pleasant stay
Prednosti: We were welcomed very friendly by the host and did a small tour of the house with sufficient explanation. The parents of the host life there as well (in the basement) but we almost didn't notice they were there. Also the parents of the host are very friendly and gave us fresh baked pastries, salad, etc. Our children loved them 😄 The pool was heavenly and we enjoyed it very much. All in all, worth the price!
Nedostaci: No airco in the bedrooms, no dishwasher. Small inconvenience but nothing that bothered us.

Prednosti: The Villa is spacious and pool is lovely with an air conditioner in the lounge to keep it cool. There is also a nice terrace to sit out and a parasol for the pool. We enjoyed the barbecue outside which we used quite a lot. Be aware that family members live on the property in an apartment under the terrace. They are however very respectful and quiet and it did not bother us. The lady was very kind and brought us some lovely grapes and tomatoes from the garden. Even though the house is located in a rural village, you can get to the picturesque Primosten in 10 minutes and Rogoznica even quicker. There is a local beach close by and a fish farm for fresh fish if you fancy. There are also two good supermarkets close by. The host Marija was really good at communicating and met us at the property when we arrived so check in was easy. We would absolutely recommend this property to those who want to explore the area.
Nedostaci: One down side, be aware there are no air conditioners in the bedrooms upstairs. We knew this when we booked, but it was a particularly hot period in Croatia and we really struggled to sleep. While portable fans are provided, they were not sufficient to cool things down when evening temperatures are high. Not an issue in the cooler seasons I’m sure. A dishwasher would have been a plus.

Great, relaxing place.
Prednosti: We (5 adults and one 5-year-old kid) spent a week here. On our arrival we were received by the owner with very good English. She showed us around, explained everything. The place was absolutely great. Very clean pool with lighting, barbecue area, and everything that we needed for the household. Beaches, shops, restaurants in less than 10-minute drive. The owner's parents live in the basement, and they are very kind and friendly people, keep the surroundings well. They did not disturb anybody's privacy at all. All in all, I'd recommend this place to all of my friends.
Nedostaci: Maybe the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient in the bedrooms.

TOP!!!
Prednosti: Wir haben wunderschöne 10 Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Es war für uns alles da was man braucht. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort von dem man aber in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto in Primosten oder zum Einkaufen kommt. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Highlight natürlich war der Pool den wir auch sehr oft benutzt haben. Die Eltern der Besitzerin sind wirklich sehr nett und haben uns mit vielen Sachen verwöhnt. Es gab selbst gebacken Kuchen und frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Des Weiteren sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt auch wieder!
Nedostaci: Der Fernseher war etwas klein zur Entfernung zur Couch aber das ist nur unsere Einschätzung. Ansonsten gab es nichts.

Prednosti: L'emplacement est super, très calme, à l'écart des grands axes. Il permet de rayonner pour visiter la région. La piscine est très appréciable. La maison est grande et on y dort très bien. La cuisine est très, très bien équipée. Marija, la fille des propriétaires (qui vivent sur place et restent très discrets), est très sympa et très disponible.

Nagyon szuper mindenkinek ajánlom,
Prednosti: Szuper volt a felszereltség, tisztaság volt és jó illat. Nagyon kedves volt az idős pár.
Nedostaci: Nem volt falra szerelt klíma a mobil klímák nem hűtöttek olyan jól :/

Gezinsvakantie
Prednosti: Villa Sunshine ligt in kleine urbanisatie tussen de gezellige plaatsjes Primosten en Rogozniça. Beiden in slecht paar minuten met auto te bereiken. Privé parking voor de deur. Er is op enkele minuten een flinke supermarkt. Auto is dus wel een must. Lopen naar strandje of restaurants kan wel, maar in de avond donkere weg. Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk. De ouders, op hoge leeftijd inmiddels, van de eigenaar wonen in sous-terrain. Zeer vriendelijke mensen, jammer dat communicatie moeilijk was door taalbarrière. Echt alles wat je wenst/nodig hebt is aanwezig. Niet overdreven luxe, wel heel gezellig, schoon ,sfeervol. Onze volwassen zonen hebben veel lol gehad met weer eens een potje FIFA spelen. Bedden prima. Kortom, genoten van weer eens als gezin op vakantie. Als we nog een terug mogen komen in deze regio is deze accommodatie zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Nedostaci: Het weer was wat minder, maar daar kan niemand wat aan doen. Dat we desondanks een fijne vakantie hadden zegt genoeg.

Ruhiger Urlaub mit Freunden.
Prednosti: Das Haus und der Pool waren super. Es war alles sauber. Marija ist sehr freundlich, sie ist für uns immer erreichbar gewesen und hat uns weitergeholfen.
Nedostaci: Eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern fehlt! Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären eine Idee, da man nachts oft mit offenem Fenster schlafen musste.
