Amazing house by the lake/sea, warm and welcoming hosts, top location.

Prednosti: Everything - amazing location, nature, serenity, quietness, gorgeous views of Prokljansko jezero and surrounding hills. Close to Šibenik, National Park Krka, National Park Kornati and numerous other attractions. House is spacious, clean, new, you have your own little private beach and big BBQ area, everything surrounded with olive trees. Easy to access - although away from urban areas, well marked and easy to find. Finally, our host Joško was amazing - helpful, nice and discreet. Absolute recommendation!

Prednosti: We spent a week at Villa Duje and we would like to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience. The accommodation was amazing, we especially enjoyed the private beach access which was fantastic for fishing. We were lucky enough to have a successful fishing day! The warm welcome from the host was very kind, as we were greeted with a bottle of wine, drinks in the fridge, and a large platter with delicious cheese and ham. The balcony offered a stunning view and the villa's spacious courtyard allowed us to enjoy outdoor cooking. The garden with fig and olive trees added to the charm of the place.

Nedostaci: If we were to mention a minor inconvenience, it would be the lack of a microwave as we cooked every day, making it a bit challenging to reheat food. Nevertheless, the time spent there was truly wonderful.

The setting of Villa Duje is stunning....even in the rain

Prednosti: You will be hard pushed to find a more beautiful location - Villa Duje is set in a little piece of heaven - I never tired of watching the sunset over the lake. The various outdoor seating areas were wonderful, the private pier was exceptional. My husband had a wonderful time using the covered BBQ area.

Nedostaci: We were unfortunate with the weather, it rained almost constantly in the second half of our two week stay. The accommodation is best suited to being outside, so it wasn't the most comfortable space for 7 people to be indoors. Additionally, while we see being 'off grid' as a positive, because of the inclement weather conditions, we were without hot water for several days.

Einfach Wunderbar!

Prednosti: Wunderbar! Alleinlage mit privatem Strand und Bootsanleger! Man kann den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen und die vorbeiziehenden Segel- und Motorboote beobachten und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Das Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und Mirella und Josko sind wunderbare Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar ! Wurst/Käseplatte, Obst und Getränke standen zur Begrüßung bereit! Das Haus wird autark mit Solarenergie betrieben, deswegen muss man sich mit dem Betrieb der elektrischen Geräte nach dem Sonnenstand richten! Die Anfahrt ist etwas holprig!

Netter Rückzugsort zum Entspannen.

Prednosti: Vermieter waren super nett. Sie haben uns eine Wurstplatte, Getränke und Obst bei der Ankunft bereitgestellt. Wir wollten auch früh abreisen (4 Uhr morgens) und der Vermieter hat um diese Urzeit dann auch den Schlüssel geholt. Die Lage war super, man ist ganz für sich und hat auch einen eigenen Strandzugang. Das Haus war modern und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Guter Ort um zu entspannen!

Prednosti: Der Gastgeber hat auf uns gewartet und war extrem freundlich und bemüht!! Der Kühlschrank war liebevoll mit Grundausstattung gefüllt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, etwas Abseits vom Trubel. Das Haus war sehr sauber und durch die überdachte Sitzgelegenheit draußen gibt es Schatten bei Sonne und gleichzeitig einen Platz wo man auch bei leichtem Regen draußen sitzen kann.

Nedostaci: Für wirklich heiße Tage wäre eine Klimaanlage im Oberstock fein. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine bzw. Backrohr vielleicht hilfreich.

Piękne i urocze miejsce....

Prednosti: Wszystko:-) Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Spokój, piekne widoki z prywatnym miejscem do kąpieli. W domu wszystko czego potrzeba. Powitalny zestaw z przekąskami, owocami i winem:-)

Prednosti: Die einsame Lage, keine Nachbarn und der einsame Strand waren einfach nur toll. Auch unsere Hündin wurde mehr als herzlich empfangen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Nedostaci: Rundum perfekt.

Geweldig plekje. We voelden ons thuis!

Prednosti: We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De accommodatie is van alle gemakken voorzien en heel netjes en schoon. Josko is een fantastische host, hij was bereikbaar voor vragen en suggesties. We hebben urenlang speelplezier gehad in en om het water. Ook in de omgeving is er veel te beleven.
