warm and welcoming place absolutely to recommend!

Prednosti: Holiday Home Rosko is a quiet and cosy place to feel well with family or friends. The Hosts a one of the most friendly, helpful and welcoming Hosts we ever had. Thank you for enjoiing all the fruits of your garden! We got a very warm welcome und a unbelievable full filled fridge including a cold beer! For Guests who wants to cook by themselves its fully equipped, clean, functional, top-welcoming barbecue-place and a big desk outside where whole family can sit and eat together! Holidy Home Rosko is a pretty comfortable, cosy, quiet and friendly place in Croatia, not far away from interesting spots like Skradin, KrK Waterfalls or Sibenik right on the Sea!

Nedostaci: there was not any displeasure !

Prednosti: Lovely property and excellent facilities. Hosts were amazing and generous. Lovely hamper on arrival and some extra goodies appeared on pool cleaning day, and when we left. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. There's a veg garden that you can help yourself to. Great pool, outside kitchen. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. Honestly, I couldn't fault the property or hosts. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property

Prednosti: Amazing villa. The pool is beautiful and there are great outdoor seating areas. Lovely hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and invited us to use the delicious fresh figs and tomatoes in the garden. A well equipped, comfortable and clean property. Would happily recommend or stay there again! Krka is stunning but make sure to visit at 8am before it gets stupidly busy.

Nedostaci: The property and hosts are superb. Location is quite far from the town so quite a lot of driving. We found Croatia in general and local supermarkets in particular very expensive. But if you’ve decided on Croatia and Skradin book this villa!

Happy holidays with family

Prednosti: Awesome holidays house! Idealy for families! Between Split and Zadar, 5 minutes by cars from Skradin where you can take the boat to Krka's waterfall. The house has everything do you need, from breakfast to the dinner, there is a garden where you can pick up tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, herbs for cooking..., every room has air conditionner. Possibility to have a baby bed and chair when you ask. We spent really nice holidays! Thanks Rosko family for everything, we will never forget your warm welcoming! We can only recommend!

Prednosti: Maison : très agréable maison de vacances, très confortable, très bien équipée. Nada et Ante sont des hôtes incroyables ! Des attentions à l’arrivée, pendant le séjour, des cadeaux à notre départ, la possibilité de se servir dans leur potager. Petit village très calme à 5 minutes de l’autoroute. Merci à vous deux pour votre gentillesse, vos conseils et votre générosité !

Prednosti: Fantastyczne miejsce na odpoczynek. Cicho i spokojnie. Idealne dla osób które chcą się wyciszyć jak i dla rodziny z dziećmi. Dom wspaniale urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko czego dusza zapragnie. Basen z jonizowaną, kryształową wodą. Gospodarze przywitali nas jak starych dobrych znajomych. Czekał na nas pakiet powitalny w postaci produktow do przygotowywania posiłków - począwszy od chleba poprzez słodycze, wino na ogromnym arbuzie kończąc. Do dyspozycji mielismy również ogródek który uzupełniał nasze posiłki w świeże warzywa. Trudno było stamtąd wyjeżdżać. Na pewno wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy

Nedostaci: Brak

Prednosti: Het huisje was ontzettend fijn, zeer goede voorzieningen en een grote en fijne buitenruimte. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en communicatie verliep ontzettend soepel. Tussentijds zijn ze nog langs geweest, waarbij ze groente en fruit uit eigen tuin hebben gegeven. Bij aankomst hadden ze zelfs enkele biertjes en wat eten om de avond en ochtend mee door te komen. Kortom, ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren en een fijn huisje.

Nedostaci: De locatie is erg afgelegen (niet Skradin zelf, maar een dorp kwartier ervan af per auto). Je hebt voor alles een auto nodig. Hier waren we echter wel op voorbereid, dus geen groot probleem. Voordeel hiervan is dat het een enorme rustige omgeving is. Toiletten zijn buiten en bij de slaapkamers. Vanuit de woonkamer moet je via buiten naar het toilet. Geen probleem voor ons, vanwege het warme mooie weer.

Prednosti: Het was een geweldige vakantie! Bij het aankomen een hartelijk ontvangst. Na de uitleg over de fantastische woning kregen we te zien dat de koeling gevuld was en dat er drank voorzien was voor de eerste dag/ dagen. Wat een vriendelijke gastvrije mensen! Super voor gezinnen. Kamers perfect, zwembad top, overal airco. Een eigen tuin met groenten, druiven waar je gebruik van mag maken. Het is zeker een aanrader! Dankjewel Rosko family

Prednosti: Komfortowe warunki, łączące tradycyjny wystrój z nowoczesnością, w otoczeniu chorwackiej natury i wsi. Właściciele przemili i gościnni. Pomieszczenia świetnie wyposażone. Basen czysty i jest doskonałym dodatkiem do wakacyjnego relaksu. Obiekt z pewnością godny polecenia, do którego warto wrócić.
