Villa Velim - Stunning view & Heated private pool

Truly amazing stay with friends and extremely hospitable staff and owner! ❤️

Prednosti: Literally everything! Myself and 5 friends stayed here for Defected festival for my 30th birthday and although a little further out getting an Uber was no trouble at all and cost 40 euros between us. It is set in a stunning, quiet location away from anyone. Lots of communal space and the bedrooms are spacious. The pool area is beautiful and heightened aspect of the villa makes it feel secluded and private. Sun is on the villa the whole day but shaded area available. A big part of our experience was Dario who worked for the villa who was always on hand to help our group and even took us to the supermarket. Hvar the owner was very responsive with messages and after feedback about having no kettle sorted this out immediately. Seriously if you’re thinking of somewhere to stay with friends or family then this is it! Already looking at staying again next year! We have mega holiday blues now.

Nedostaci: A WiFi booster in the bedroom area would be great but not a massive deal we weren’t there to be on our phones. A lot of wasps around the villa at certain points of the day but nothing can be done really given the location it’s same everywhere in Croatia.

Superb stay, close to Sibenik and Murter Island and within an hour drive of Split, Trogir and Zadar

Prednosti: We loved everything. The house is recently renovated increasing comfort to the highest level: perfectly working airconditioning, a pergola providing the necessary shade when the sun is burning (+ lights at night), modern badrooms with soap and towels provided, good beds, windows with schutters and a very nice pool (temperature is always 28 °), pool towels provided

Prednosti: Super, sauber eingerichtetes Haus. Super großer Pool der Abends beleuchtet ist und die große Terasse mit Pergola lädt echt zum sonnen und genießen ein (neue Liegestühle ;)) Top Augestattet ä! Von Waschmaschine über Poolhandtücher,Wachmittel,Gewürze etc ist alles da! Rundum absolute Ruhe und in 15-20 Minuten ist man in und an sämtlichen Stränden und Städten. Ein großes Lob an den Besitzer Hrvoje, super unkomplizierter Check In via Schlüsselbox und wir konnten 4 Stunden früher einchecken!!!(nach 12 Stunden Anreise und mit Kindern ein Segen ;) Wir können Villa Velim zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Schöne Villa in der Natur.

Prednosti: Die Lage der Unterkunft, die Villa Velim liegt auf einem Hügel in dem gleichnamigen verschlafenem Örtchen Velim, die Aussicht ist herrlich. Dario der die Villa verwaltet und Hrvoje der Eigentümer sind zwei junge, sehr nette Männer die bei Fragen sofort da waren und sich auch sofort um alles gekümmert haben.

Nedostaci: Ab und zu hat es im Bad und Waschraum unangenehm gerochen, vermutlich dad Kanalisationssystem.

Für Familien toll.

Prednosti: Super Ausstattung. Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Toller Pool.

Nedostaci: Sonnenschirme haben wir leider vermisst. Etwas abgelegener Ort.

Genieten maar!

Prednosti: In het rustige dorpje Stankovci kan je genieten van deze prima vakantiewoning mét eigen zwembad. Uitrusting van het huis is OK met goed werkende airco en ook de garage is een pluspunt. Hou er wel rekening mee dat er geen rechtstreekse doorgang is van leefruimte naar de slaapkamers, je moet telkens langs het terras om de ruimtes te betreden. Maar laat dit je vooral niet weerhouden, is op zich niet echt een probleem. Je bent eveneens in een landelijke omgeving dus ja, er zijn inderdaad insecten e.d. aanwezig, een muggenspray is bijvoorbeeld geen overbodige luxe. Een aanrader is zeker het plaatselijk familierestaurant Izletiste Dalmatina waar er gewerkt wordt met dagverse producten uit eigen streek.

Het beste vakantiehuis ooit!

Prednosti: Fantastisch uitzicht, zeer netjes, Alles was aanwezig. Genoeg bedlinnen, handdoeken. Goede vaatwas en wasmachine. Zeer aangenaam zwembad en terrassen.

Nedostaci: De ligbedden verdienen een kussentje en zijn in niet zo’n goede staat.

Prednosti: Viss patika! Padomāts par visu -pilnībā aprīkota virtuve. Gaumīgi iekārtots. Grils, labs baseins. Ēka parastā ciematā, bet skats fantastisks! Lauku miers un klusums! Pilsētas un jūra pusstundas braucienā!

Nedostaci: Nav nekā slikta ko teikt. Ieteikums saimniekam - ērtākas saules gultas un spilvenus āra krēsliem. Neliela problēma bija mušas.
