A great place to stay providing you're ok with lots of steps.
Prednosti: The house was great and the host was extremely helpful, collecting our luggage from the car park and providing lights when there was a power cut. The view from the house was great and we enjoyed barbequing and sitting out in the evening. There was air conditioning in every room.
Nedostaci: Initially we didn't realise we were being directed to a car park and had to use google to try and find the property. We asked locals and found it in the end. It would have been helpful to be met at the car park but we were early so it may have been our fault.

A beautiful, traditional house, beautifully renovated with wonderful views to the river.
Prednosti: House was lovely in a fabulous location - beautifully restored. Almost everything had been thought of and provided. The decor was traditional and rustic with modern touches like the excellent air conditioning which was essential whilst we were there as the temperatures were 35°c +. The house is in a lovely quiet location looking down over the town to the river - this was fine for us but the climb up the hill and the steep steps at the end might not work for anyone with mobility issues. Skradin is a lovely town and there were lots of options to eat, drink or buy food to prepare at home. It is the perfect location for anyone wishing to explore/visit visit Krka National Park.
Nedostaci: Only minor improvement I could make would be that the beds need more pillows. One pillow per person wasn’t enough for us.

Peaceful & comfortable stay, great base location for exploring surrounds
Prednosti: A beautifully renovated stone house and with the outside terrace areas a great family stay with our three year old. Comfortable rooms with en suites and handy to have a bathroom downstairs too! Useful facilities for us included the washing machine and BBQ…and first aid kit!. Kitchen simply equipped with all the basics incl useful base cooking ingredients. We were also pleased for the heaters needed to dry us out after several days of torrential rain. Well located in town, a very short ( but steep!) stone stair walk down to the high street with lots of coffee/ice cream/dinner possibilities. the marina for boat trips, and car park (with neighboring playground) just a few mins walk away. Made a great base for exploring with the car, lots of possibilities all within an hour or less drive which kept us happy for ten days.
Nedostaci: Not an issue but here’s a tip: you will encounter a lot of lost tourists on your terrace looking for the fort ruins, which are directly above the property. At some point we put the outside bench in front of the entrance as a deterrent but this did not put off the hardiest explorers who tried to scale the rock garden 🤣 You could probably make back the cost of the holiday by charging for giving directions 😉 It was entertaining at least!!

Prednosti: Majitel velmi vkusně vybavil dům designovými kousky. Je to opravdu krásný dům na krásném místě.
Nedostaci: V Chorvatsku mají na dvoulůžkových postelích jednu přikrývku, nejsme na to zvyklí a tedy se celé noci o ni přetahujeme.

Ein kleines Juwel in Top-Lage
Prednosti: Außergewöhnlich schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Die Lage ist TOP, das höchst gelegene Haus in Skradin mit einem fantastischen Blick und toller Terrasse. Wenn man auf Natursteinoptik steht: ein Juwel. Man muss bedenken, dass einige Treppen / Steigungen (mit Gepäck) zu überwinden sind. Das Auto kann man kostenfrei am Hauptparkplatz abstellen, der Gastgeber stellt eine Parkkarte zur Verfügung. Von dort ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. 2 Zimmer im Obergeschoss je mit Doppelbett (keine getrennten Zudecken!) und ziemlich harten Matratzen (auch das Sofa im Wohnzimmer): manche lieben es, manche weniger... 3 sehr saubere Bäder je mit WC sind schon luxuriös. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr nett und zuverlässig, er hat sogar angeboten beim Gepäck Hochtragen zu helfen. Danke, Ivan!
Nedostaci: Wir haben 10 Punkte vergeben, weil das Gesamtpaket für uns außergewöhnlich war. Natürlich kann man immer etwas bemängeln, vieles ist Geschmacksfrage. Die Küche z.B. könnte noch das eine oder andere Utensil vertragen (Schere, Nudelsieb, Mikrowelle, ...) aber wir wussten uns zu behelfen. Bei anderen Apartments hatten wir stets eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank vorgefunden, bei unserer späten Ankunft wäre das \

Prednosti: Besonders schön gelegene Unterkunft. Für sportliche Menschen super.
Nedostaci: Kleiner Technischer Fehler beim Waschbecken. Zu wenig Wasser, Tuschen waren aber Ok. Dürfte schon gerichtet sein.

Heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie
Prednosti: Heerlijk huis op een prachtige locatie. Het uitzicht is mooi, het terras is fijn en fijn dat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer heeft. Smaakvol ingericht. Met leuke nisjes. Je loopt zo het centrum van Skradin in. Leuk plaatsje met prima restaurants.
Nedostaci: Het matras van het bed was wat hard. En de prijs aan de hoge kant

Bedste udsigt i Skradin - bedre end det bedste hotel!
Prednosti: Byens højest beliggende hus med den bedste udsigt fra flere skønne terrasser, i forskellige niveauer. Masser af plads, ude og inde. Huset er helt unikt, og renoveret med mange flotte, personlige og gennemtænkte detaljer. Huset er på alle måder gennemført smukt og super behageligt at opholde sig i. To gode soverværelser med skøn udsigt og velfungerende AC samt hele 3 badeværelser. Vi elskede hvert minut i huset og kommer gerne igen. Ivan (værten) var desuden meget nem at kommunikere med.
